CIA-STARGATE

PDF Scan: PDF

Open AI Summary

This document outlines the access control requirements for the CIA's Project Star Gate. It states that knowledgeability control must be maintained at all times and the Defense Intelligence Agency's DTI-S unit is responsible for granting knowledgeability. Only U.S. citizens with at least a secret clearance and a need-to-know for official duties are eligible for knowledgeability. Knowledgeability lists are maintained by the DIA/DTI-S and the organization involved. Star Gate documents must have a knowledgeability control record attached and readers must sign it. The DIA may request copies of current lists to ensure proper records are maintained. Failure to adhere to these security responsibilities will result in removal from the project and potential security investigation.
