 Re: Publicity and British TV
It has come to my attention that Mr. James Schnabel, 6000 Kennedy Drive, Chevy
Chase, MD 20815, Phone 301.907.2662 is writing a piece for Channel 4 on British
television. He outlined the gist of the program to one of our staff as two fold. The first
part involves CIA's Project Scanate and the history of the putative Army's involvement
in remote view to include details of Al organization and it's predecessors, specifics of
some of the live missions, which agencies had used the s ervice, and who were the ma or
players. Mr. Schnabel listed 5 individuals by name all of whom have retired from or
program in the past. He also listed the names of some of the current personnel and retired
senior government personnel who were associated with the program but not directly
 involved.
It is my impression that Schnabel and Channel 4 are interested in an expose and have
garnered full cooperation of past project personnel. Knowing how long these things take,
I do not believe that anything will be presented until late summer and perhaps then only
in England, although there is a close relationship between Channel 4 and the Discovery
 channel here in the States.

Just heard that it is Angela Thompson, here in Las Vegas, is doing a
remote viewing workshop, not a conference. So I suspect that is the
source of your rumor mill. She's done this before to make a little extra
 money.
