 SUBJECT:        Tasking of Edwin C. May of SAIC to facilitate
 government program review.
 The enclosed 2420 is for about      of estimated
 administrative and consultative work by Ed May of SAIC
 during the Star Gate review.   I don't have program funds for
 this currently, and I hope you will approve these from
 Director Reserve.   Please note that his tasking is limited:
 there will be no substantive research funded or executed,
 and tasking is directed at facilitating the review only of
 previous government sponsored efforts.
