 1.  The attached referenced memo is a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) requests for
 Department of Defense (DoD) approval and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Department
 of the Army (DA) assistance in establishing direct liaison between the Agency, DIA, and Mr.
 Edgar M. Johnson, Technical Director, Army Research Institute (ARI), and Mr. George
 Lawrence, ARI liaison to the National Research Council (NRC), Committee on Techniques
 for the Enhancement of Human Performance.  In addition, the Agency requests DoD identify
