SESSION SUMMARY:
The destination of the target aircraft is MONTERREY, Mexico.
The scheduled ETA is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. However, I still
sense rain falling at the landing location; I sense that this may
delay all flights into Monterrey by about two hours. 9:00 PM seems
to be bouncing around somewhere out there.
A city or town somehow involved with the movement of this
cargo has the word "RIO" in it; maybe DEL RIO. My sense is that
the intended direction of movement is almost due north of the
landing site.
