 1.  (U) Personnel:
 - PAG-TA continues to have three civilian vacancies (two
 long-standing and one resulting from retirement in June
 93).  Our authorized strength remains at 10 with seven
 assigned civilian personnel.
 - No change in status an our submission for civilian hire
 to conduct foreign assessments.   SG1J
 - 8 Mar 94:  Forwarded memo thru PAG to      on

 2.  (U) Administration:.
 - Game plan update for move to Building 2845.  The MIPR
 fram DIA/DA to authorize the renovation Building 2845
 was handcarried to Fort Meade's Directorate of Public
 Works on 21 Mar 94 to redo the floor in Room 111 and to
 install the authorized door far SCI storage.  The signed
 receipt was returned to DIA/DA on 23 Mar 94.  DAC-2 will
 be our focal point for upgrading Room 111 for SCIF level
 activity.
 - Move from our present location is scheduled for 4th
 Qtr, FY94.  On-going dialogue with Ft. Meade/DIA points
 of contact (DA/DC) continues.
 - Other steps underway with regard to our move include:

 1 Mar 94:                              CH-7 (CONUS
 Division), Defense HUMINT Directorate, on our Activity's
 mission and functions.
 3 Mar 94:  Memo forwarded PFM-3 requesting an additional
 $250K as an add-an to the current R&D contract.  Request
 returned without action from GS stating that no R&D
 funds are available.  NMIPC advised that no additional
 R&D funds are available at this time.

 have           attend the International Institute of
 Integral Human Sciences (IIHS) Conference in Montreal,
 Canada from 20-29 May 94.  CS approval received 24 Mar

 - 9 Mar 94:  Forwarded a memorandum for DR_signature
 regarding DIA and, in particular, this Activity's
 involvement in the protection of human subjects in
 research.  Memorandum for Director, Environmental and
 life sciences, ODDRE.  Memo signed by CS.
 - 9 Mar 94:            chaired the monthly STIC-G
 meeting.
 - 10 Mar 94:            attended the monthly STIC
 meeting.
 - 11 Mar 94:  Forwarded through channels our request to
 have Activity personnel attend the Center for Treatment
 and Research of Experienced Anomalous Trauma (TREAT) VI
 Conference to be held from 28 Apr to 1 May 94 in
 Virginia Beach, VA.  A former member of this Activity is
 a key participant.  Attendance pre-coordinated with GC
 and PSP.
 SG1J   - 14-19 Mar 94:                           TDY to
 CSL/SAIC to finalize the design and techniques for our
 foreign Intel data base and to review SAIL classified
 holdings relative to our project, and the existing
 contract and its anticipated closeout by 30 Jun 94.
 Letter currently being coordinated with DA, GC, DAC,
 PSP, and GC regarding procedures for the
 declassification of current classified publications.  On
 18 Mar 94, Joint Task Force Five personnel were briefed
 on our project and requested our assistance.  SAR
 provided on visit to JTF-5.

 that our proposed draft multi-year plan will be reviewed
 and validated by a to be convened Scientific advisory
 Group.

 describing the impact of the loss of R&D funding on this
 Activity's mission.
