 the shore on green land in a structure with large windows.  A major
 lightly paved, somewhat narrow and long road or highway is in the
 vicinity.     The  individual  is associated  with  photographs  or
 negatives and may have once been married, if not now.  He has been
 involved with, suspected of, and possibly caught for illegal drug
 activity to include smuggling in the past.  People are currently on
 his trail.    The individual is unable to move at this time with any
 continued activity.   His hands are tied, so to speak.   He may be
 hiding out.   This individual or the people he has been associated
 with are dangerous and are willing to take hostages or a life for
 the sake of money.
