 Target personality is currently located in the Las Anod
 area of Somalia (see map).   Target personality plans to travel in
 a northwesterly direction to the area known as Djibouti (see map).
 Target personality is traveling with younger men who are
 protecting him.   Target personality is highly protected by these
 men.   The men immediately surrounding him are dressed like nomads
 and they are traveling by very "unsophisticated means."  The target
 personality and these men will be in the desert or mountains.  They
 will not go near cities.  The reason for this is that they know and
 understand "desert" warfare.'
 However,  others are protecting the target personality
 from a distance.   These men are using more sophisticated means of
 transportation and are communicating to target personality by means
