 geographical coordinates 21 50 N / 74 50.   The cocaine was
 transported in the hull, near the shaft of a white and green
 vessel bearing an American name.  The vessel is either of
 Panamanian registry  and flying an American flag or of American
 registry and flying a Panamanian flag.   The name Johnson
 appears on the registry documents.   The concepts of a "famous
 Andy and flying colors" are associated with the vessel.   The
 vessel is known to the USCG;  it has been previously suspected
 of transporting illegal contraband in the past.
