EVALUATION DATA: Viewer's Estimate Evaluator's Estimate The target is mainly water. There is most likely a deep body of water, such as an ocean. Colors evident are blue and green. It is very cold. There are many angles at the target, and double angles. There is also a structure or an object of some kind, with a purpose. It has a rectangular shape, without a top and longer sides; like a level, straight line, with things up on either side of it, see sketch. There are at least two people present at the site, (one on each end of the rectangular shape). They are wearing something shiny and rounded on their heads, such as a helmet. It is possible that they and the structure/object are underwater. The main purpose of the target seems to be some kind of test, like a testing machine. The measurements that are being taken are very precise. It seems to be research oriented. I could see one person standing or sitting in front of a very bright thing. I could not make out if it was some kind of light, if it was solid, or if it was an explosion. It had a very bright glare that one could barely look at. (There was also an AOL of a person with water in their throat, clogged, congested and possibly drowning.)
