 Target  is an  interface between two types of  land,  with a
 structure.
 One type of land is light colored and brightly lit.  This area
 feels like soft ground, perhaps sand.
 The other type of land is dark, "chunky", and has sharp edges
 in profusion.   (AOL: Lava or gravel field)  This may be a foothill
 area leading to mountains in the distance.
 The structure is wide,  low  (1 story), and is very solidly
 built in a "boxy" style.  It appears to be relatively empty, except
 for one or two people who are bored, and appear to be biding time.
 One of these people is an elderly man.
