that transferred operationai control of the SUNSTREAK Program to ODCSINT
for a special test/evaluation eri d e your staff's efforts,
SG11 particularly those of USA, and accept your
offer to have oval a e to assist DIA in follow-on actions
regarding the program. owever, with the special test/evaluation period
over, administrative and operationai control of the SUNSTREAK Program
SG1J and its fiscal and personnel resources reverts to DIA. I have asked the
DIA Executive Director, to oversee our subsequent SUNSTREAK
Program actions on my be a ues ions regarding the program and our
courses of action may be directed to Mr. Nagy, or to Mr. Jahn T. Berbrich,
Assistant Deputy Director for Scientific and Technical Intelligence.
