 The target  is a vessel  in dock;  which  is carrying some
 type of cargo.      The vessel  has a tall,   blue superstructure
 on one end,  and a dark grey hull.            It  is carrying drugs,
 possibly cocaine.   They are  located towards the rear of the
 vessel  in  the hull,  below the superstructure  (see page
 7A).  They are  located underneath boards and surrounded by
 sticky stuff,   possibly glue.
